United Kingdom Electronic Visa Waiver Requirements

Electronic visa waiver requirements to enter the UK

Travel documents required to enter the UK

There are a few UK EVW requirements which candidates need to meet to successfully obtain a UK visa waiver. It is necessary to have a valid passport from one of the eligible countries (the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman) and a credit or debit card to pay the visa fee.

It is also a UK online visa requirement to provide certain information during the registration process. Applicants must provide the address of where they will be staying and their journey details (such as departure and arrival dates and times).

Applicants should ensure that they enter all the information accurately as incorrect information can lead to complications. The application could be rejected or the visa could be invalid if the information is entered incorrectly.

Necessary travel documents required to enter the UK

To enter the UK, it is necessary to present a valid passport. If a traveller is entering using a UK EVW, it is also a UK visa requirement to show a printed copy of the visa waiver.

Once an application has been approved, a link is sent to the applicant by email. The traveller can use the link to download the EVW and print a copy. You cannot show an electronic copy of the visa waiver on a phone or tablet.

Children cannot be included on their parent’s UK EVW. It is a UK electronic visa waiver requirement that each person has their own electronic visa waiver, regardless of age. It is therefore necessary to apply for a UK EVW for children before travelling. Parents can complete their child’s application on their behalf.
